Living in the same room with a guy on opposite shifts. Any recommendations for silent keyboards or mice?

Ah, thought you'd actually helped me out for a second there. Suppose i'll just go with whatever Chinese shit I can dig up.
Just do the bare minimum amount of research on cherry mx colours

What keyboard and mouse do you normally use?
/g/ only likes super loud mechanical keyboards which you're obviously not going to want. even with dampeners they're going to be too loud for someone trying to sleep.
just search quiet keyboards and do research, I don't think you'll be getting any recommendations here
Look up low profile keyboards like this
https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-920-002478-Keyboard-K120/dp/B003ELVLKU/
unless you're using a tablet touchscreen or something, there's going to be noise

check logitech silent mice, someone told the scroll button still makes noise but it could be wrong, i dont think theres a silent keyboard though, i dont think silent mechanical keyboards are as silent as a shitty ass ordinary keyboard..

i don't know if you're joking but these are absolute garbage to type on actually.
look up keyboards with matias quiet click switches and i believe logitech has a line of 'silent mice' also

Buy your own apartment..?
Same room? That sucks.
Any chance you have a laptop you can use in the living room?
Other than that any non-mech kb should be fine.
