How much maths you need largely depends on what you're actually programming.
For most things you don't need much more than the ability to reason about numbers effectively (say, being able to take a number of lines and the current line selected and use that to calculate the pixel height and position of a scroll bar, or throw a couple sin functions together to create the random distribution you want) but you don't need to know anything hugely advanced.
I would say an important question is *why* you don't know very much maths (if you don't). People who are bad at maths tend to also be bad at programming and if you don't know maths because you suck at it, that might be a bad sign.

Maybe a 3 if you want to be a webdev monkey. Computers are designed compute, so they can do a lot of math for you. 6 if you want to get into lower level programming languages like C. 7+ for ASM and other lesser known neckbeard level 9000 dark arts wizard languages.
