Samshit Galaxy Tabs are decent. I highly recommend you get a Nexus tablet and flash Lineage though, since you should always stay up to date on security.

the nexus tablets are trash, samsung makes the only good new android tablets, but the dell venue 8 7840 can be had for <$150 now and is perfect for manga/ebooks.

save your money and get the dell imo. i use mine almost exclusively for manga and ebooks and it's perfect.
