Nobody would call the Android system "Android/Linux" just because it's running Linux, the kernel.

Actually on boot grub passes linux init= parameter which is my own custom userland I dont use GNU userland.

Until recently, it was impossible to build the Linux kernel without using the GNU compiler. And depending on Apple instead isn't really much better.

Furthermore, virtually all use of Linux on PC compatibles is as part of the GNU operating system. Android is what you get when you try to take the GNU out of GNU/Linux.
