Yo /g/, help me out here deciding on a new computer.
It's mainly going to be used for general purposes (browsing, documents), plus photoshop work and occasional gaming.
I have already done some research and would like to know which of the options is best and which one is a meme, they all cost roughly the same in my country.
Asus UX560UX-FJ018T (the tablet function looks extra comfy)
Dell XPS 15 XPS15-5310 (the cheapest version)
Dell Inspiron 7567 IN-RD33-10012
Are any of those worthwhile? Thanks in advance lads.
>Asus with tablet function thing
All 2-in-1 tablet laptop things are a meme. Avoid for anything serious.
>Dell XPS
These things overheat like mad. Avoid.
>Dell Inspiron
No idea but fuck Dell

>2-in-1
why are they a meme? specs looked p solid
>dell xps
pretty much every tech site praised it, is it realy that bad?
what laptop would you recommend around that price range?

This fucking boss-eyed mouthbreather has no idea what he's talking about.
Acer with the i3-7100u can't beat it for the price and it'll do all you need.

I got this and it's been great. Intel hd 620 gp OK for some gaming. Drop a mSata ssd into it and maybe another 4gb of ram and you're rolling.
I have an asus zenbook non-flip, non-tablet.
and I gotta say the build quality is sub par. every time I wake it up from sleep mode the screen flickers until I power the whole unit down and back up. If I could go back in time I would have gotten the xps 15 over this asus zenbook

This looks great and all but i pretty much have the extra cash designated for a laptop, might aswell get something with a bit more high-end and future proof.

I have an XPS 15 and little complaints here.
GPU and CPU idle at about 40c. No real problems with heat. Display is also gorgeous.
The keyboard is cheap as shit though.
