This isn't a problem if it's truly centralized and grows. I'm not sure how it works but I suspect that each "island" can pick who they communicate with. Eventually smart users will go to those islands who do communicate with others and feminists and leftists and the likes will get to have their own little isolated island where they can echo their feelings.
