IRC or Reddit. For the latter, humour is a stretch but if you want reasonable tech/dev discussion, it's better than /g/. DESU, the posters worth listening to on Reddit are ex /g/ posters anyway, they seen the writing on the wall when /g/ started seeing trap threads and endless flamewars
