Others will call me retard, but install Windows first, then shrink size and install the whole Arch system on one partition. No separate partitions for /home, /boot, swap etc. etc.

One partition the size of your RAM in the outer end of the plates to achieve max speed. Then 100 GB for GNU/Linux, then 150 GB for Windows; the rest for an NTFS partition to store stuff and place both loaders on the Windows partition. If you're using UEFI stop and start using a MBR.
