motion blur in game is cancerous shit that is overused and looks like hell, If i am right on what ulmb does, it just hits the shit that wouldn't be sharp on how fast your shit is refreshing, its not a everything is trailing like this is a 10 frames a second film spinning in a chair,

I just did a few tests, with 45 degree turns trying to take a picture of the same thing each time.

same speed it seems like 20-60 fps all look like crap and are blurred,

80-160 were still burry,

but 180 you could start to see fine detail again, at 200-250 it was almost as if I wasn't turning.

high fps monitors will have a ways to go before motion blur wouldn't make sense just from a physical standpoint.

you can't see tearing at 144hz, you need to really try to see it, I can't
sure technically it's there, but no idea how would you notice it
