how did we make computers, video recorders, microphones and other tech stuff out of soil and trees?

because white people exist
soil contains metals and compounds which can be broken down into individual chemicals, which can then be synthesized into plastics

because of war
Metals man. Stars burst and scatter dust. That dust settles and gathers and is iron as well as other materials. Gold can only come from a star.
Weird right? I like to get high too.
We didn't, you got knocked on the head by a mammoth that we hunted and you're in a dream coma

explain to me how some metals mixed with trees and soil can record reality and be viewed 100 years later as if it is happening now

by having a lot of free time that wasn't spent on getting food and trying to survive
In the past women were not influencing society as much as they are now, so instead of being cuck'd by savages and frantically obsessing over the unreasonable demands of the highly emotional and fickle gender just to placate and please them -- we had time to focus on the higher and more noble things in life... So stuff like the Renaissance and the industrial revolution happened. Ultimately the cogs were set in motion and society isn't likely to regress, but boy are women trying their best to destroy the thing that allows them to flourish. It's basic female psychology to destroy and never be satisfied or fulfilled. As Camille Paglia said, "if civilization had been left in female hands we would still be living in grass huts."
TL:DR women weren't in charge. joyous

You want me to explain the entirety of the manufacturing process of raw materials?
I'll save you some time, go get some good smoke and sit down and watch the show "how it's made" it's only good when you're high anyway
