>intelfags still belive that 7700K is the best gaymen cpu
It is, look at all these launch day benchmark with that crashing ASUS motherboard as proof
>muh intelfag
>muh ryzenbtfo
Fuck off processorbabbies
>>59634609
Cool mr shill. Now apply that 3600Mhz ram to 7700k on boards two times cheaper than Shitzen.
>>59634836
>Now apply that 3600Mhz ram to 7700k
>nothing changes
wow
>>59634836
Ryzen paired with 3200mhz memory is still at least as fast as 7700k
>muh boards
Is this your strongest argument? 1700x has literally twice the cores, I think it's worth it even if the boards are more expensive
>>59634886
>muh corz means it's faster anon! So 4 core pentiums must be automatically faster than 6700k amirite
>>59634932
4GHz Zen is faster than 5GHz Kaby Lake even in games now. That means AMD cores are actually better than Intel cores, therefore for multithreaded workloads more cores would be better.
I bought the 8350 a few months after it came out and it is a fine chip, been at 4.5ghz for years now.
I'll probably by ryzen too, but it came in quite a bit steeper than bulldozer.
>>59634886
No its not. Digital foundry tested this exact thing.
>>59635073
(((Digital Foundry))) have been shilling Intel products for years. They were performing all their AMD testing with 1600MHz DDR3 whilst using 2400MHz for Intel chips until recently, with their excuse being that their particular AM3 board only supported up to 1600MHz RAM. Because, of course, you can't afford to buy a new motherboard when you have a 375k-sub Youtube channel, a Patreon and funding from Eurogamer too.
They're on Microsoft's payroll too. Back in the PS3/360 days they'd rip the shit out of any PS3 port that was even slightly inferior, yet now they defend Xbone games running at 900p and say that you can't tell the difference between that and 1080p. It's a full on paid advertisement channel.
>>59635182
Jealous! I bet you think those neckbeards at Level1tech are actually good
>>59634609
1700x is only better in some games even in those benchmarks. is there even a motherboard which supports 3600 MHz ram officially? and what's the overall cost of 1700x + his motherboard + 32GB of his memory?
>>59635182
> It's a full on paid advertisement channel
So literally every Youtube ''tech'' channel'' there is?
You cunts need to understand that Youtube is a marketing company owned by Google which is the largest marketing company in the world and they promote marketing channels that are desiged for their business models.
Ffs...
>>59635294
what most motherboards have problem with is XMS, it doesn't seem to work for AMD, so they opt out for generic OC profile.
Where do people get these Ryzen boards that work at 3600MHz when reviewers at launch had trouble getting just 2666MHz?
>>59635381
>at lunch
There is a thing called bios update
>>59635381
There have been tons of BIOS updates since launch. AMD pushed up Ryzen's launch and caught motherboard manufacturers off-guard, so now they're all scrambling to get their shit together and iron out the problems.
>>59635381
updated bios you dimwit
>>59635403
It was such a shitty move to give such small amount of time to mobo manufacturers. Hell, people had problems with finding fucking coolers for their CPUs at the lunch. This is such an AMD move.
>Give the best product market has seen since Sandy and Athlon...
>Have such shit lunch that even mobo manufacturers didn't have enough time
>>59635397
>>59635475
launch not lunch
>>59635493
Thanks for correcting me about my spelling of launch anon. I appriciate your concern and helpfulness.
>>59635073
DF can't even read their own graphs ffs.
This shit is not funny anymore. Tech journalism is getting worse than videogame "journalism"
>>59635182
The ps3 was a true turd of a console and everyone knew this anyway. I'm glad a dashed mine for a 360 at the first opportunity I got. What a waste of £500.
>>59635507
>appriciate
master bait 10/10 OP severe cocc
