I use EasyFileLocker to block paths to folders.
All it does is hide/block access to folders, but it's good enough against tech illiterates.
Plus, they need a password to get the program open and disable the protection.

It works because I have my sister set as admin on another account because she often installs shit for her photoshop stuff, and I don't want her using her admin rights to peek through the Users folder.
