Its a Xeon E3-1200 you retard. You're ignoring the E5 and E7 series of which there are two subseries in each class. Xeons scale to 8 sockets out of the box and 256 sockets with things like SGI's NUMAlink. Naples goes to two sockets.

The lowest core count Zen does 8c/16t at 3.9 base and 4.1 boost with 95W TDP, with up to 32c/64t per socket
Meanwhile Intel only has 3.9/4.2 GHz 4c/8t, and at most 24c/48t per socket
They are absolutely destroyed by Zen in the server market
