dont they give you a voucher or something?

Not at all. We get nuggets and a bit self-study. We have to do everything yourself.
It's a Data technician school.
My real question: Is it worth it?!

If you know nothing about it, yes.

Thanks, that's all

If you get the higher-level Cisco certs, yes. Start with CCENT or CCNA, then pick a path that interests you: VOIP, networking, etc.
CCIE here (v4 R&S)
This one is definitely worth it and still highly regarded by employers. Lower certs (associate and professional level) aren't completely useless, but they are a dime a dozen due to the rampant cheating that goes on.
That being said, the further you go up the food chain the less relevant certs are. If I let my CCIE expire now it wouldn't mean much. At smaller companies they will make you decertify to keep their Cisco gold partner status.
I'm looking at doing a masters (in a business/management discipline) to move up further. Currently just have a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and a bunch of certs.

Sorry, smaller companies will make you recertify not decertify.
My company has a lot of CCIEs so it's not that important.
