I assume you're just a student worker. I work desktop support as a full time employee in a University and none of the student temps employed where I work get admin rights.

I remember when a student tried to plug his xbox into (((every single one))) of the ethernet ports at the student lab. I had to reset the switches because port secoority.

We use a deployment tool, which is basically just a script to execute DISKPART and ImageX (and some other setup scripts to run on reboot). Once we enter the build required and press enter, it's all automated from there.
