So now you can buy something, prove you are a real person by logging in and only show the delivery address. the CIA has so many front groups and branches and factions all over the world, that is impossible. The CIA now has NSA-tier IT infrastructure as well. The CIA is effectively an independent organization with myriad independent factions and groups within it.
