Do you think Microsoft will go third-party software only in regards in mobile market and halt all development of Windows Phone, just like Sega pulled out of console market and became a third-party after struggling with Dreamcast, any time soon - instead of making Surface Phone happening?

No. They got x86 emulation working and that will become the Windows phone's biggest selling point. You'll be able to run legacy Windows applications from your phone. Business people will love it.
