I need to hire a decent programmer. Which is a better place to hire from, LinkedIn or StackOverflow Jobs?
Call up Anita Sarkeesian
Hire me, I can learn on the job real fast.
What is it, html or css?

I heard Karlie Kloss needs some fillers for her portfolio, she might be able lend you a hand.
Good question is what you are trying to make.
(in abstract if you are scared of ideas being stolen)

Nothing specific. Python, C++, Android ROMs, Android apps, iOS apps, Rails
I work as an independent software contractor and have been working directly with clients but I've outgrown that and I need additional developers to keep up.
I've tried hiring from freelancing platforms and despite paying them $60-80 per hour, they aren't trustworthy so I'm looking at hiring a full time employee for a monthly salary who'll work in-house.

LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is about $100 per month and StackOverflow Jobs cost $300 per job posting. I was wondering if going with StackOverflow will be a faster way to narrow down on talented developers.

I don't know about others but I often check indeed.
>"I'm super stack programmer of every single thingie trust me on my word, i'm also CEO and CFO of my own company shitstain INC that promotes diversity in code"
>StackOverflow
>You get to see their profiles to measure if they just go around asking basic shit or answering full technical obscure case scenarios on proper detail

>StackOverflow guy: Yeah I can help you out, just deposit 25k for the week and I'll take a look at it

the whole diversity shitshow isn't happening yet in my country but the rest of your post is on point.
it's kinda sad to see decent people who worked hard day and night and barely got a codemonkey job and then you see some 19 y old vagina internshipping as a database consultant assistant or some shit who puts on her linkedin
