How would you rank these mobile OS's?
Android
iOS
Blackberry OS
Meabo
MeeGo
Meamo
Sailfish
Windows Phone OS
iOS > all
iOS: as far as usability goes, suitable for phones but not tablets. Tablets should have more functionality and be less locked.
Maemo: it was all good and fun but damn if it wasn't shitty for a phone. it really felt like the phone part was an afterthought.
Android: it can be very nice, but it can also be pretty bad. There are good "distributions" of it. Play store is pretty shit, I try to avoid using it.
Windows Phone OS: I only used the crap they made before win8. It was, in its way, pretty nice, smooth and all. But the tradeoffs were not worth it (no good applications available and so on)
Never used the rest.
BlackBerry 10 OS > Android (maybe not, only other one I've used is iOS) > the rest
Android > iOS > The irrelevant rest
Android: the advantage of massive investment and some freedom to hack
iOS: the advantage of massive investment and no freedom to hack
MeeGo Harmattan (on the Nokia N9): best phone UI ever made, despite no investment. Pretty as fuck, OLED screen used properly, best keyboard haptics.
Windows Phone: shit until v10, then no good hardware anymore.

iOS > *
CIA confirmed it. ZERO zero-day exploits for iOS10, 25+ Android.
Rest of the OSes are a joke.

Tizen > iOS > Android.
Sailfish
iOS
Blackberry OS
Android
The rest is obsolete, Blackberry OS will be with them soon it seems.
I'm getting a Xperia X just because Sony will start support for Sailfish soon, wish me luck for my autistic adventure.
