Just works, non-autistic community, actual installer like any proper OS should have, doesn't break every other pacman -Syu, easy to switch between gpu drivers and kernels, Steam is always kept non-broken.

A lot. Manjaro is as easy to use as Ubuntu but superior in any way. Pacman, AUR, always up to date and also quite a bit faster.
