Why no chair general?
I'm looking for a reclining office chair with a footrest. I've heard those cringe gaymen chairs are actually really comfy, but I don't want to spend $350+
>Budget
$100-200 (might be persuaded to $250)
I really rather not go out in person. There's not many places to check because rural, less options, and more expensive.

Said this in a thread few days ago.
If you want to pay economically for a real proper officer chair, check out the local auction brokers when they are selling off stuff from some bankrupted company.
Bumping for interest. I could use a good new chair.
Gaymen chairs are no mere meme.

They are complete utter rubbish.

>not all of them are

It's for home so something more comfy than a general office chair. A mix of a recliner and a office chair would be great.
Something that lets me sit cross-legged too. I do that 90% of the time.

Are they? Do you have a review or something? Everything I've seen says they're great but dumb GAMUR design and overpriced. But the quality is there. I have no preference one way or another as long as it's in my price range, not super cringey looking and comfy.

Just stop by goodwill and pick something from the 1970s

>spending several hundred dollars on a chair
>its not a recliner
you do realize a recliner never flattens out and can come with rolls if u need it, right?
also you can get some wireless keyboard and mouse and simply use your knees and arm rest to type and mouse on
been doing this for over 10 years so its not some theory, it works
better if you use a fabric for the mouse to not fall of vs leather

how do you not fall off that and break your neck?
I don't understand why they are emulating some race car shit if anything they should be going for 1980s Cadillac seats
I'd kind of like a decent chair for slobbing at my desk in, those ergonomic ones don't really suit me too well.
Last decent one for being a slob in i had was one of those big executive chairs from staples... but the "leather" was peeling off and arms came off, so it wasn't the best made of chairs.
>computer chairs cost more than the computer
What a time to be alive!
