The US Marines employed the Navajo during WW2 so that they could use their language as a faux encryption method. It worked perfectly, the Japanese never broke it. iirc it was so dissimilar to anything they had heard before that they thought the communications were a diversion, and that they were missing the real message. The Navajo ended up being considered bro tier in general by the rest of the marines, it was common for the others to volunteer to carry their radios for them (radio equipment was and still is very heavy).
The problem is you have to create a language that is in no way similar to any other known language. The reason the Navajo were used was because they had developed entirely independent from any other culture alive. It's practically impossible to synthesise a language without using elements from your native tongue, and there really aren't any undocumented cultures to take from nowadays.
