Boot from a Arch ISO (CD/USB).
mount the partition
arch-chroot into the partition
configure network (if necessary)
make sure the packages grub and os-prober are installed: pacman -Sy grub os-prober (will need network)
go to the /boot/grub directory
grub-mkconfig > grub.cfg
grub-install /dev/sda (replace /dev/sda with the disk you use to boot the machine)
does this sound reasonable?
