Obviously soldered. Look at the picture you posted. The daughter board that the port is soldered to is held in by screws usually, possibly glued in.

This is what I meant but i couldn't come up with the name of it

I replaced the charging circuit for my RN3P a few days ago. There's 4-5 tiny ass screws and a cable that connects the board to the motherboard.

Cost me like £3 but had to order two as there are about 4 different fucking versions and one simply doesn't work.
