For work, Visual Studio. VisualAssist makes it a overall reasonable experience, and the debugger just works for me.
For play, I've been learning CLion/Resharper for Unity.
Pros: much more intelligent intellisense.
Cons: CMake, I guess.

i use visual studio for c++
and GNU nano for c

Vim for everything.
GCC or Clang++ for compilation using proper flags to get verbose error messages.
GDB for some debugging stuff, Valgrind for memory deugging some stuff.
Because CLI is so much more robust and powerful. I used to use Code::Blocks, now I see it as an inconvenience.
