when i'm sitting on the couch vegging out with my laptop/shitpost machine i don't want to have a crick in my neck to see things on the screen. for this reason alone a bigger screen laptop is better. but for typical use you're correct. in fact i'd rather a smaller more portable lighter better battery 11" notebook. it seems to me like op probably just hasn't lived in the real world a single day in their life and thus thinks everyone is the same.
