>order new laptop screen Sunday morning
>opt for FedEx one day delivery
>delayed yesterday sorta expected due to the weather but pissed that they lied to me when I called in to ask about this and checked affected areas
>call in today, get an obnoxiously nonchalant gift telling me odds are slim that it'll even make it to my state today
>Tfw paid twenty dollars extra for what's amounting to regular service
I am upset. What are the odds the fucking screen shows up already cracked? I can't believe I fell for the FedEx meme
Please rage about delivery mishaps with me guys

>browsing /g/
>OP delivers shitty thread
>tfw fell for the /g/ meme
>order single item from amazon using the poorfag tier free shipping
>apparently the cheapest way for them to ship that item was to wait till 2 days before the last "expected delivery" day and just 2 day it to me then.
>overpaying for domestic shipping
OP confirmed a retarded faggot
>order slaptop from ebay
>go with free shipping
>wait 7 days to get it

I needed my laptop functional for a lot of work I had to do that I've been forced to handle on my phone

This is why I make new accounts to do prime trials with everytime I need something urgent

Don't they have to refund you the one day delivery cost? Pretty sure they have to do that in Australia.

I asked after during my call today and the guy with nonchalantly said maybe they'll see what they can do after it arrives.
For the first time in my life I grasped why people dislike Mexicans so much

...You could buy a monitor and just use your lappy like a desktop, you know.
If time is so important, that is.

Another monitor is more expensive than a replacement screen
>Buy a hoodie from iOffer
>1-3 day shipping, perfect. Just in time for my birthday
>Ordered it Monday
>Checked the status of my order today
>Still hasn't shipped

Yet there's free/dirt cheap ones(of questionable quality, sure) littering craigslist.
Or, you could "rent" one from whatever big box retailer is closest.
Borrow one from a friend, etc.
You could have done any of those and had "a monitor" right then, and still got your replacement screen in the mail.
Of course, hindsight is 20/20.
Having a backup monitor is never a bad idea btw.

You're right, I'm heavily regretting passing up an offer a friend made me on his old monitor a month ago.
"I don't have a desktop, why would I really need it?" baka.
