It does. It had a badly grandpafucked install of Win 8.1 on it so I just factory restored it. Hardware works fine and is in good overall condition.

Keep it. Those are pretty good specs, the sound on those is great and that one seems to have an IPS panel. Install Linux there and it'll last you a long time.

Yeah I do. Oddly enough I upgrade it awhile ago with the processor out of another All In One someone dropped off a table. They stabbed around randomly with a screwdriver to try and kill all the credit card numbers but didn't actually hit anything important. Took the processor, sold the ram.
