In China you can get used cooking oil for free. Many towns in the US would give it away to you. Where I live right now the sewage system is completely fucked cause was designed to take less than half the sewage its currently getting. A lot of people moved in to the area and exponentially increased the demand for restuarants the sewer system didnt account for. The system isnt designed to take cooking oil so it's a major hassle for all restaurants. In all likelihood within 20 years this will become a Flint scale disaster. The point is some will just give it for nothiing.
