Why don't you go get your certifications, anon? The CompTIA ones are good and you can pick up a CCENT too without much trouble.

Those will give you a good foundation of knowledge even if you don't have years of hands-on experience.

And before you ask, I don't know how or where, I could personally use some help or insight with that. I finished CE hoping I would get a programming job but now I've realized that I might have made the biggest mistake of my life. Trying to see how to turn back to sysadmins now, but all these jobs require like 3+ years of experience and corporate skills I don't know how to obtain on my own
