DSL sucks, its going no where at any time.
The upper limit on DSL is 50mbit

And then what kind of speeds you get largely depend on far away your CO is.


Unless you are willing to move you will have to either put up with the shit speeds or pay for cable internet.

Call and tell them you're not getting the speed you paid for. It's just that simple. They'll either fix it, or they won't.
