It's really comfy. Check the software you use tho. And install BetterTouchTool just as >>59385830 said. If you don't wanna install it on non apple hardware, get an used mac mini or an old mac pro, if you're lucky you can get them for dirt cheap, and then decide if you wanna fully switch. Semi related, the old mac pros are really comfy desktops.

I have one for work, love it but it probably cost a lot. Screen is great, everything works pretty well without configuration, can use terminal just like in GNU/Linux.

Not sure if for my next personal laptop I should get mac or just buy a PC and install some GNU/Linux distro

I used Mac OS X on a daily basis from 10.4 to 10.6 until my Mac died. I kept using 10.6 even when 10.8 was released.

Mac OS X was nice looking, stable and it's not Windows but GNU/Linux and especially Debian is just better.

I don't miss Mac OS X, it's a good OS but overrated, unless you are into graphic design and the existence of CC is a huge advantage.
