There are all these resources about hiding from the US agencies like the CIA and NSA, but what should I do/use to hide from the Chinese government?

I'm on a dm-crypt encrypted Ubuntu with dnscrypt configured. I also have all the usual things like HTTPS Everywhere and uBlock with all the privacy lists. Am I safe enough if I need to travel to China?

If you're going to travel to China then don't be a fucking retard. Buy some cheap chinkshit laptop that you don't care about losing and take it with you. Follow their laws instead of messing around with Tor, VPN or whatever so you end up working 50 years on a Chinese rice field.
