You're a retard. Non linear editing software can't handle variable framerate video because it is for professional environments using constant framerate and intermediate codecs, not "enthusiast" garbage like variable framerates and editing in delivery codecs (h264).

Variable framerate is not the same thing as variable bitrate. VBR has been widely adopted and can save a lot of bandwidth/space when used appropriately. VFR media is mostly created by people using shitty encoders like bandicam and xsplit, or iPhone videos.

Also OP you can convert VFR to CFR in handbrake. Look it up.
