Should I update my Nvidia drivers or not? I have a gtx 960

I have the 980 and I've only seen performance improvements with the new drivers. I was pretty much forced to get them because of for honor.

Pascal is pretty much 14nm Maxwell with some improvements, don't expect any gimping until Volta releases.

I wouldn't unless you have to. If you do have to (e.g. for a new game), make sure to keep the old installer handy. I keep every driver installer bundle.
