With the new privacy rules not being implemented because of the pajeet at the FCC, now your ISP can sell your website history. Imagine going for a new job and the company researches your internet history. If you are the account holder of the internet account and your neighbors use it to search some really sick shit like scat porn or watch gore videos then it will be really bad for you. They won't believe you if you say it's your neighbors or room mate, hell they will hate you more for associating with people like that. It's probably not even safe to browse 4chan anymore because people will associate you with neo-nazis.
