The dial is set to the 2nd option so you look at the 2nd from the top white gauge marks.

But the second option on the dial is 25V. So I think it is 5V.

The dial changes which radial row you're on, not which angular row.

So the power plug says 12VDC on it. The breadboard is only pushing out either 5 or 10V?

Was hoping that there was a 12V rail.
