I need help guys, so my computer got fucked and I couldn't factory reset without a windows installation disc, I couldn't get one so I decided to torrent a version of Windows 7 and use it as a iso file. I successfully factory reset my computer and now I can't get any drivers despite trying to manually install them through a USB and my computer won't connect to the internet and is basically not working besides turning on. If anyone is super tech savvy please help

what i meant is this
properties>updated driver>browse pc

What do you mean your computer got fucked anon? Is it possible you have hardware issues? Try Linux mint live really quick just to see if connects to the internet.

Also, Did you try installing the Chipset first? Sometimes that helps
Find the hardware ID, Google it.. get the driver, place in folder on flash drive.. update driver, browse to driver and now you're back on the botnet.
