What should I be looking for in a monitor to playing fighting

What should I be looking for in a monitor to playing fighting and racing vidya?

I know it should be at least 60hz refresh rate but not much else as far as reducing input/display lag as much as possible. Should I get a 'TN' or 'IPS' display? And what is vsync (memesync???)? I'm playing on a ps4 by the way. Unfortunately there are way more people playing fighting vidya on PS4 than PC these days.

The title acreen maybe. Whichever may be the case, 60Hz is twice as much as you'll ever need with that ps4, and pretty much every monitor is 60+Hz
