intel plebs finally have the proof they need that 1800X > 7700K in gaming by a significant margin (and of course will in the future be when intel stops making 4 cores and processing has to expand to cores and optimization due to <14nm thermal limitations)

>mefw the 7700k throttles the GTX 1080 ti like a bitch (17fps min in GTA 5 rofl, 20 on Titan XP)
>mefw 1800X with Titan XP attaining +14 min fps on 1800X vs. 7700K for 4K tombraider, for honor
>mefw 7700K 5fps min fps slower in for honor with a GTX 1080ti and GTX 980ti
>mefw the 1-2fps extra avg. on 7700K proves that it and other quad cores fluctuate like a bitch when you're recording modern games at modern resolutions
>myenlightenedfacewhen intel still had a 8 years head start for optimisation (noting anomalies in tombraider for GTX 1080 and cheaper cards,Occam's razor being bugged game engines/nvidia drivers) and ryzen was just released

An i5 3570K beats ryzen in games kok

7700 Min frames are terrible what's going on?
>>59329231
Measly core and thread count
>>59329231
what's your first guess?
so glad I didn't get the 7700k for my gaming/streaming/production rig
>>59329254
The future proofing is so horrible too lol, such a scam they even cost close to a 1700X
>>59329254
day1 spoiled a ton of sales my bet
"ryzen is a meme" etc.
I don't know, how many people would actually do proper research outside pro market.
noticable lack of shills in this thread, I guess it is the time to be quiet
>>59329231
7700k is now officially king of corelets now.
>>59329162
If the min frame is that high the lowest 10% avg would have to be good
>>59329162
the min is the problem.
even if the 7700k gets higher fps, the min kill it because it just goes up and fucking down all the time.
now i would rather get stable 125 fps then have to deal with 60-150 ups and downs.
