What's the easiest way to check and see if a webpage has the same words as a text document without manually checking

I'm trying to transfer my IMDB watchlist to Notepad and I've got 597 in notepad yet on IMDB there's 598 and I have no idea what is missing. The formatting is also weird so I can't just straight copy and paste and look at them side by side.

Put section of page source that is watchlist into python as a string.
Loop through titles from notepad and check if they're in string, if not print title.

Alternatively use regex to scrape out titles form watchlist then compare lists.
