1800x is good, but honestly, i think 1700x is the real star. $100 less, can compete with the 6900k in way. It just hits that sweet spot imo

I'm planning to overclock it so I think the 1800X would be better for that anyway, but I'll look into it some more and see if the 1700X is a better choice
