Just get anything with an i7 7700hq and gtx 1060 pretty much.
Check what's cheapest, check reviews for quality, performance, and cooling, and decide from there.

How much do you want to spend?

The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 gaming will probably run quite well (and manage to cool itself to prevent throttling like most laptops will have issue with). The cons are it has a gamer aesthetic and is kinda chunky as far as modern laptops go, but that's important to keep it cool.

There might be better laptops if you want to spend a lot more though, but this one will probably play quite well at 1080p.
