Can technology evolve to a point where they will be better than humans at comprehending logic autonomously?

>software behind cam realizes the picture is too still
>frequency of photons entering sensor does not meet threshold requirement
>realizes camera has been compromised
>activates alarm system
>shuts off all entrances
