OP here. Windows 10 seems like a massive pile of revolving door indian codemonkey shit. The update that caused the recovery loop has been reported months and months ago, yet they still shoved it up your ass on new computers. WTF.

Their GPUs do becausw intel hasnt released drivers.
Also laptop conpanies lock their hardware to only work with 10 or use fundamental parts not backwards compatible, example asus.
And no, im not talking about the lack of AHCI and usb 3.0 drivers.
