I can't connect to any servers at all. Google servers, mumble servers, game servers etc. Nothing can be connected with my connection and I'm the only one using it. This happens for a couple of hours every day, then it goes back to normal.

What the FUCK is going on? I've flushed my DNS, tried a different DNS such as No-IP and I've restarted my ISP's modem several times but the problem persists

I used to have a similar issue and then it turned out a signal splitter for one of the coaxial cables at my apt was fucked. I guess just try different drivers, different router/modem, and make sure your cables are ok, if the problem persists, contact your ISP.

Legit no memeing call your ISP.
I've had problems like this before and they will usually just send an engineer around the next day who'll check all your shit for you. Atleast they'll rule out it being their issue.
