Look at professional powerlifters or strongmen, they usually have a lot of muscle and fat at the same time. To gain muscle you have to eat, and some of that inevitably turns to fat. The only easy way to be super muscular and lean at the same time is steroids. The opposite is also true, you won't gain much muscle while losing weight unless you were already pretty weak.

- drill/bit driver + bits, desu get a full set most common ones are ph2 pz2, ph1 for smaller screws like rack handles for quipment, lots of stuff use torx (you definitely want t10-t25, t30 and higher is used less desu but still nice to have), hex for some racks.
- drills for metal
- ph2/pz2 screwdriver and most used torx in places where you cant reach with driver or just have 2 screws and cba to set driver up
- flat screwdriver is really useful, from scrapping paint to breaking off blinds from racks
- hex keys cause sometimes hex screws are bitches
- wrenches, in euroland i most commonly use 8/10/13, sometimes 17, rarely higher. idk about imperial systems
- label maker, any cheap dymo is good
- knife
- rj wire strapper/crimper
- pliers, wire cutters
- multimeter
- if you think about doing some basic electrical work - electrical crimping thingy
- rj tester
- some serial interface, there are nice usb moxa uports
