adblock, ineffectiveness of YouTube Ads ... as an advertiser i also believe their products for YouTube Ads arent really good.

Other than that its obviously the most expensive service in the world data wise. I think i read once that 10%+ of the whole internet traffic is due to YouTube. Probably more nowadays.
