Also there's simply no way it would be competitive with Intel's HEDT line if it had that much latency, AMDs execution units would have to twice as powerful to overturn the latency issues.
If that was actually the case Intel would be catching up on throughput for years, which isn't the case.
Latencies are read wrongly, due to the way the core complexes are desingned which is very different from older AMD designs and Intel designs.
