I have a 500gb SSD Samsung I wanna carry over and a 1050ti.
Will it be better off to get a new case while I'm at it? Really need serious help.

I'm trying to do this in a reasonable price with what I've already got
Install Tyson.

Take it to you local PC repairer, you have next to zero knowledge to what the real problem is, other than it's not working. There's no help here for that.
No, we won't make a walk through for you while you get a $5 multimetier.

What did you do?

I have no idea. I was trying to use an extra SATA connection from the DVD drive for another hard drive - put it all together and the power button doesn't work, I checked all connections and I didn't even touch those. I tried the PSU seperately and it works fine. The board will light up when Ethernet is plugged in on the back, however I can't get it to boot - no beeps, no CPU fan, nothing.

Next time, get an external HDD enclosure.
